Open Question: Fallout New Vegas graphics mods?

I have a VERY high end pc, with a new HD 6950 2GB so I can run any game maxed out. My question is (possibly?) simple: I want to get all of the best mods out there that make the textures, meshes, shaders, bloom, SSAO, etc very high quality. I did a fresh install of New Vegas, and I'm not new to mods. I just need to know WHAT mods to get. And I'd like to know which mods would be compatible with each other. But please understand that I have NO limitations hardware-wise, so i'd like to have as many graphical overhaul mods as possible. And I welcome mods like Nevada Skies as well. Thanks in advance...
